How the math works

Doses left = what's in the vial ÷ (your dose + anything wasted per draw), rounded down to the last whole dose. A 10 mg vial at 1 mg per draw with no waste holds 10 full doses; add 0.05 mL of dead space at a 5 mg/mL mix and each draw actually costs 1.25 mg, so the same vial holds 8.

Run-out date is the date your schedule would ask for a dose you no longer have. Reorder by is that date minus your lead time, so a new vial can arrive before the old one is empty.

Not medical advice. This calculator does arithmetic on the numbers you enter. It does not recommend a compound, a dose, or a schedule — check any change with your prescriber.
