What can I track?+
Medications and supplements first. After that: peptides, TRT and other hormone therapy, vitamins, and anything else you take. Stack has a built-in library of common medications, supplements and peptides. If something is not in it, add it yourself as a custom entry.
What data do you store, and where?+
Your log (what you take, doses, schedules, lab results, weight, notes) is stored on your phone, in an encrypted database. You do not need an account to use Stack, and if you make one it holds only your email. Only three optional things send data off your phone: cloud backup, Juno, and feedback you choose to send. We also count anonymous usage and collect crash reports, which never include what you take. The Privacy page has the full list.
Is there a backup option?+
Yes, two. First, an encrypted backup file with a password you choose. Save it anywhere and restore it on any phone. We never receive it and cannot recover the password. Second, cloud backup, which is off until you turn it on. It keeps an encrypted copy under your email so you can restore on a new phone. The key is stored with the copy so we can restore it for you, so cloud backup is a convenience, not zero-knowledge. If you want your data on your phone only, leave it off.
Does it work offline?+
Your log and your reminders live on your phone, so they do not need a connection. Juno's replies, signing in, cloud backup and subscribing do.
How does the free trial work?+
You get 7 days free with the full app. On day 5, Stack sends a notification in the app and an email to say the trial ends in two days. To avoid the first charge, cancel at least 24 hours before day 7, in Google Play or in the app under Settings > Subscription. If you keep going, your plan starts after day 7.
How much does it cost?+
$7.99 per month, $29.99 per 6 months, or $44.99 per year. All three start with a 7-day free trial.
Who is Juno?+
Juno is the assistant inside Stack. You type or say what you take, or ask it to move a dose or change a time, and it does the setup. When it builds your stack, you confirm every detail before anything is saved. Juno is an AI, not a person, and it can be wrong, so check what it sets up. The text you send it goes to an AI provider to write the reply. It is not tied to your account and we do not keep the conversations.
Is there an iPhone version?+
Stack is launching on Android first, through Google Play. An iPhone version comes next. There is no date yet.
How do I delete my data or my account?+
In the app, Settings > Wipe all data erases everything on your phone, and Account > Delete account removes your account and any cloud backup. The Data deletion page has the full steps, and you can always email hello@trackyourstack.app.
